Celebration Styling

Custom celebration styling for cabins, homes, vacation rentals, and venues—designed around your occasion, location, guest count, and the details that matter most.
Possible styling elements may include balloon moments, banners and personalized details, welcome or gift presentation, tablescape styling, photo moments, curated décor, and rental pieces. Every proposal is customized based on access, setup needs, timing, room/venue layout, and requested materials.
Please note: $325 is a starting point, not a complete all-inclusive event package. Your final investment is confirmed in a custom proposal.
Romantic Surprises
Starting at $395
A thoughtful surprise, beautifully styled before you arrive. For anniversaries, romantic getaways, birthdays or a “will you be mine?” moment at your Tahoe hotel, Airbnb or home.
Each romantic setup is custom designed for your space and may include balloons, personalized details, candles, petals, florals, sweet treats and curated styling.
Final scope and pricing are confirmed in your proposal based on location, access, timing and requested details.

Good to know: A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due 7 days before your event. Delivery is free on orders of $200 or more within our service area, $35 for orders under $200, and $6 per mile (one way) outside our service area. Rentals: normal wear is expected; items damaged beyond normal wear, or lost, are charged at repair or replacement cost. Rental setup and breakdown are quoted separately by quantity, access and staffing. Setup, teardown, and any pickup needs are confirmed in your custom proposal. Credit card payments include a 2.99% processing fee.
